Greek electronic music continues to make noise well beyond its borders, and the latest proof comes from Kyros and KRPDS. Their new collaboration, “No Self Control,” is now out via RISING HRMNY, delivering a fierce Mainstage track with the energy to light up clubs, festivals, and everything in between.
Built around relentless momentum and a commanding festival atmosphere, “No Self Control” brings together the larger-than-life character of Big Room with a fresh techno-driven edge. It is a record that thrives on tension and release—pushing forward with pounding grooves, high-pressure build-ups, and a sound designed to hit hardest at peak time.
The single marks another strong move for Kyros, the Greek-born producer currently based in Munich. A graduate of SAE Athens Institute’s Electronic Music Production course, Kyros has shaped a sound that reaches across techno, bass house, and tech house. His dedication to energetic, DJ-friendly production has led to releases on a number of respected labels, including Revealed Recordings, Smash The House, Slagelhag Records / Actuation, Future House Cloud, Blvckbox Records / Quartzo, and NeverFail Records.
That work has not gone unnoticed. Kyros has earned support from EDM’s elite, with artists such as Tiësto, Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Nicky Romero, Timmy Trumpet, and DJs From Mars backing his music in their sets and selections.
Joining Kyros on this release is KRPDS, the alias of Dimitris Karipidis from Xanthi, Greece. With a sound rooted in Mainstage, Big Room, and the growing force of Big Room Techno, KRPDS brings a powerful and contemporary approach to the project. He has worked closely with Greek EDM label Alveda Music across multiple releases, while also creating his own imprint, Microparticle Enterprises, to continue building his independent vision.
“No Self Control” finds both artists operating at full power. It is an uncompromising collaboration that combines Kyros’ diverse production background with KRPDS’ instinct for heavyweight festival records. The result is a track ready to take over the moment the drop lands.
For listeners craving big energy and modern Mainstage sound, this is one to keep on repeat.
